In my short time at OYO I focused on optimizing the search experience for Web and Mobile. From the user research, it was clear that a map-based listing was key to improving the booking funnel.
3 months later, I delivered the UX for the new flow. The result of the project is now a Google Cloud Best Practice.
Enel is a Fortune 100 Utility Company with 73M users in 37 Countries.
In 2017, I led the Design side of the digital transformation process to redefine Enel’s offering and the internal structure charged to deliver it. The project goal was to upgrade the online and retail experience from a full customer-centric perspective.
During the 28 weeks that followed the kick-off, my team and I led the company on a voyage that required more than 24 workshops involving top management and employees from different business units. We produced 7 customer journeys and more than 20 prototypes.

Perfect interactive tool for Engineering
Designed a the new OnDemand video service for SkyTV based on a human-centered approach. Developed processes, flows and touch points (digital and physical). Process entailed Stakeholders’ Workshops, User Research (qualitative and quantitative), Journey Mapping (13 CJs), Solutions Design (100+), Touch point Design with technical constraints, Channel Strategy, Development/Deployment supervision and QA.
Served as team leader for the global Technology Research of Fendi’s new seamless mobile payment experience. Developed and coordinated qualitative and quantitative research. Identified 3 different targets and multiple personas. Involved senior Executives in strategic co-design workshop.
